    • Leftover Beef, any amount you can muster
    • 4 or 5 carrots, sliced thinly
    • ½ red onion, diced
    • 1 shallot, diced
    • 4 or 5 celery stalks, chopped into small pieces
    • Salt and Pepper to taste
    • 2 to 3 tablespoons stir fry sauce, you can use soy, tamari, teriyaki, ponzu, whatever you happen to have on hand. (Honestly using a little barbecue sauce is also fabulous!)
    • Either 2 cups cooked rice, or 2 cups cooked pasta
